Here I am going to tell you some rules for a strong and healthy Spine. Our spine is the backbone of our body. If it is not strong, we cannot do our work in proper manner and it may have serious health problems in future.
1. While lifting Rucksack
You should not lift your bag with one shoulder because it may lead to functional disorder disease related to spine. Due to load is pull on the side your back will have serious health problems realted to your backbone. So, try to avoid it and wear your bag with in both shoulders.
2. When Driving a vehicle
Many peoples sit in a wrong manner while driving a car or another vehicle. They are in tense situation while driving a vehicle, just relax and sit up straight and drive car safely. Don’t forget to tie up seat belt while driving car. This is due to seat belt does not allow you to bend to much and you sit up in straight position. So remember always this!
3. While using Mobile phone
In today’s generation mobile phones are commonly used all over the world in wrong way. The reason is that they bend their neck towards Mobile screen which may lead to neck disfunctional disorder and may have serious problems in future. So try to avoid bending your neck towards gravity while using mobiles as much as possible if you really care about your health.
4. While lifting heavy objects
Many of us lift heavy objects in wrong order and this cause backbone problems from an early age. As shown in the above picture, try to lift the heavy objects as shown above. That’s it you will not face any problem in future.

6. While Talking in Phone
Most of us bend our neck to hold phone while talking in phone so that our hand can be free. Use head phone ( ear free ) in this situation.
7. In Toilet Room
Keep any object below the feet so that it create less about 60 degree angle with thigh and back bone.
8. While Working on Laptop/Computer
Sit straight and adjust height so that computer/laptop light rays make less than 90 degree angle with back bone.

Today’s generation computer are used all the over the world. So, sit up straight and try not to bend your back and neck too much towards computer screen. By sitting up straight also you can do your work properly. Try to avoid bending of your backbone as much as possible for good posture and strong backbone
